Even though I haven't been taught to grab the handrail when riding the MTR, somehow I have an instint for grabbing it tight (你睇，出晒力咖!)

Farewell my Bouncer

Following my improved ability of sitting up, my beloved bouncer poses certain threat in the sense that it might flip if I move too vigorously. Mommy and daddy thus decided to pass it on to my new friend Bernice to make the most of it. Bye now, but I know we'll meet again when my 'lil bro or sis is born one day ^ ^

Loving da National Anthem

Daddy has special feelings for our country. Under his positive influence, I'm building my national pride by getting to learn the national anthem :-]

Playmat

As I became more active, my tiny crib space is no longer enough to satisfy me. Daddy therefore bought me this cool and colorful playmat so that I can roll here and there~

Mommy's Koala Bear

Mommy always emphasized she enjoyed I clinging on to her. Her heart melts and she simply doesn't want to do anything else when we cuddle. My butts sexy or not?!

Camera Chaser

The Chungs trio went gai-gai (街街) today. In order not to bother people to take our pictures, daddy thought of going to a mirror to take our own pics. As they shot me ALL da time, I now can follow their camera to satisfy them~

Spoon Feeding

Acting upon the advice from pedi, mommy and daddy tried feeding me milk with spoon (the 1st oz of a meal) in preparation for cereal / baby food in the near future. To their surprise, I adapted pretty well to the new skills even in this first attempt. And, my 2 bottom teeth did not seem to get in the way fortunately ^ ^

Hammering Froggy 扑青蛙

After spending 2 work days in China, daddy finally came back home to play with me, though the typhoon signal no. 9 is in force still. My creative daddy came up with this froggy game this time. In recognition of his thoughtfulness, I gave back some response to entertain him.

Throat Vibration

Thanks to cyclone Nuri, mommy got to stay home and play with me today. I showed her my trick of playing with saliva in the throat, which should be a good start for learning foreign languages. Btw, mommy noticed my upper front (left) tooth is poking out, joining the lower 2. Guess I can share their chicken legs and other goodies real soon~

Daddy Hunny

Mommy received this surprise gift from delivery man at the workplace yesterday. It was from Daddy hunny who prepared a bagful of snacks and sweets for Mommy's hectic and tough work. She was naturally touched and elated with joy. Daddy sent over a similar package when Mommy was eight months pregnant with me. Looks like he still lived up to his words promised to Mommy years ago: "我說過要妳快樂". When I grow up and have my wifee, I want to learn from Daddy and shower my hunny with sweet surprises ^ ^

Mommy's Mat

While mommy picked up yoga again after some 6 years, I enjoyed taking over her mat to practise my Phelps butterfly moves. Daddy however commented I looked more like a "water cockcroach" :-\ Daddy, you're not much better than me either!

Mobile on the Crib

This toy mobile has been something I "looked up to" for a long while. With increased mobility, I now can go inside and take a closer look at the butterfly and monkey :-]

My Twin

Since a very early stage, I've been loving to see my "twin". Usually, I get more excited than this, but too bad daddy wasn't always around to tape me.

Feeling Daddy's Bed

Visited grannies (YeYe & MaMa) after visit to Doc. Hit the bed right away as I was told it's been daddy's bed for 30 years. Even though it's just a simple iron-framed bunk bed (bottom bed), it gave me a nice long 3-hour nap!

兩餸一湯 Encore

Time for needles again! (somehow I've been visiting the pedi on weekly basis lately btw) Nurse commented I behaved braver 2 months ago; oh well, I now have my personality and prefer to choose my likes and dislikes mah! Besides, it really is great pain for a baby, isn't it?! Thank Dr. Chiu for taking the effort to calm me down afterwards~

On the way to clinic and under the mid-day sun, JieJie covered my head with the fabric ends of the sarong, as I'm a baldie still. Looking like a nun or not?!

My Ball Ball

Daddy got me this set of colorful soft toy balls earlier on. It gives me some brief idea of various kinds of ball games. I now can keep tight grabs on them (they usually ended up in my mouth however). My favorite? The basketball of course as influenced by daddy~

New Outfits

Mommy got me some gorgeous new outfits lately. They're comfy and pretty and wearable and at very low bargain prices! The Anpanman one is my favourite still. Recently, mommy has been working basically 10 to 12-hour shifts; so please don't mind her tardiness in reporting my updates, at least for some more weeks I guess. Poor mommy! When I grow up I want to earn lots of money so that mommy can enjoy quality time at home~

Feverish

My temperature somehow went up again yesterday, so PorPor brought me to Doc for examination. He said there was some virus inside my little body, so I needed to take these meds for a period of 3 days. The flavours included "strawberry", "orange" and "coconut", but none of'em was my cup of tea. Thanks to tropical cyclone Kammuri, mommy got to spend a whole day today at home with me, yu-hoo~

Mimicking JieJie

Today I felt a bit bored and decided to mimick my caretaker, with the use of the new pacifier YeeMa got me via post. Take a look at me, good job? Don't worry, we're very good buddies; she won't be mad at me lah.

Splash

With a new bathing suit from the mail and swim nappy mommy bought me some time ago, I practised the moves hard on dry land. When I thought I was ready for some water fun and went into real water, some older kid splashed water all over me, giving me a hard time. After all this, I think I'd rather be a growling dragon on dry land~

(P.S.: Please don't mind mommy's fatness; she still has an extra 15 lbs to shed!)

5-month-old

Today marked my being 5 months old; time flies, mommy said. But too bad we couldn't went out to celebrate much, as mommy worked whole day today! All I could do was picking her up from work, at the nearby train station :-p They took advantage of this special occassion and bought some yummy cakes, sharing among themselves without me again!! Please note my saliva in the last picture~
